Our Board Members

In 2021 we started an independent, transparent process of reconstituting the board through Boardmatch. Our volunteer board members are as follows: 

Chair: Shane McAuliffe - Appointed February 2022 - A farmer with a research background in pig health and welfare, Shane lectures and provides consultancy into sustainable pig production and is currently the chairman of Animal Health for the Irish Farmers Association in Kerry.

Vice Chair: Kenneth Arthur - Appointed January 2022 - Kenneth has been a sales leader for over 25 years in B2B sales in blue-chip organisations, with a high level of technical competency in a variety of subjects backed up by sound sales and management skills. He is a specialist in high value, complex sales with an international dimension and has a proven record in developing sales teams and people.

Company Secretary: Bryony May - Appointed April 2025 Bryony is an experienced senior leader with an excellent track record in general, governance, operational and project management across the community & voluntary, public and private (both SME & corporate) sectors.

John Kelly - Appointed February 2022 - With over two decades of senior leadership experience across the retail and FMCG sectors, John is the Founder of Greenstone Digital Partners, an independent advisory firm specializing in commercial transformation and digital strategy. Previously, he concluded a 15-year tenure in executive roles at Heineken, which included serving as Global Director of eRetail & E-Business Transformation in Amsterdam, Off Trade Director for Heineken Ireland, and Non-Executive Director in a Heineken JV. Alongside his advisory work, John serves as an Adjunct Professor at Cork University Business School (UCC) and holds a Diploma in both Corporate and AI Governance.
