Peter Clohessy, Anthony Foley and Len Dineen are helping Bóthar break a world record on December 4th in Thomond Park. This will see the most amount of people in one place at one time wearing santa hats. Don't Miss it!

Rugby fans will attempt to break the world record attempt for the greatest number of people wearing Santa hats at a given time and Bóthar will be on hand to distribute between 15 & 20,000 special Santa hats outside the grounds before the match on December 4th.

Munster and Cardiff fans will be asked to unite briefly to get behind the occasion and wear their Santa hats. Some minutes before kick-off, everybody will be asked via the public address system to wear their special Bóthar Santa hats for one minute, to establish the world record.

Peter Ireton, Bóthar Chief Executive said:

"Bóthar is very much looking forward to breaking the world record for wearing Santa hats with the support of rugby fans."

"Not only will the Santa hats bring some festive cheer and fun to the stadium, they will also give poverty-stricken families in developing countries the help they need to help themselves."

"We know it's achievable but we need your help. Don't forget to purchase the Bóthar Santa hat as you approach Thomond Park Stadium on Saturday December 4th and show your support for Bóthar."

The public's donation of €2 or more per hat will be used to help struggling families in 35 countries worldwide.
