What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived? Every effort is made to ensure all orders are delivered. If you haven’t received your order in over one week, please contact us on 1850 82 99 99 and we will track your order for you.
I have received a faulty itemWe want all our customers to receive top quality Bόthar merchandise so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
I have received an incorrect item in my orderIf you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting us. We will try and sort it out for you within the hour.
How do I return a product after delivery?If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 21 days after delivery.We will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days from the day of delivery. The goods must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used.  We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product paid. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.
