I am having general problems accessing or buying from your websiteIf you are having problems purchasing goods from our website, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help solve the issue for you. 
I am having trouble with my shopping basketAny item you add to your shopping bag will be reserved for you while you carry on shopping. If you are still having problems, try deleting the cookies on your PC. All you need to do is go to the 'Tools' tab on your internet browser, select 'Internet Options', then choose 'Delete Cookies' and hit OK.
My payment has been declinedDon’t worry – This can happen for a number of reasons. Try checking your credit/debit card digits to ensure that the correct card details such as the start date and card type are correct. If the problem persists, enter the details of another card and try that.If you feel you aren’t getting anywhere then please contact our office where we will try to advise you further.
Do you deliver to work addresses?We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. 
How do I pay for my order?We like to give you plenty of payment options. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
When will I be charged?If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we will e-mail to let you know. Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be done to get the payment authorised.
How do I cancel an order before delivery?Should you wish to cancel your order before delivery please call our contact centre on 1850 82 99 99 and we will discuss the cancellation and whether you require an alternative product to be sent to you or a refund.
