Padraig McDermott, Letterkenny, Donegal asked his guests at his birthday party to donate money to Bóthar rather than giving him birthday presents, he raised €200 to sponsor a dairy camel.
Pictured are Kate O’Neill and her friends at her 10th Birthday party, Kate also decided that she did not want presents at her party but donations for Bóthar, Kate and her friends raised €300 to send an in kid dairy goat to a struggling family.
The 6th class students of Scoil Naomh Brid, Ballina, Co. Mayo who raised €600 for Bóthar by holding their annual cake and smoothie sale. Well done to all involved.
Aoife Baker, Gurranabraher, Cork is 17 years old and has been supporting Bóthar for a number of years, Aoife has not only donated her Birthday money to sponsor a pig through Bóthar she has also donated all of her Christmas money. Aoife has recently had an illness that has left her in a wheelchair but despite everything that she has been through she is determined to continue to help others.
