Developing Sustainable Farming in the Sanski Most Area


Location Location: Una-Santa Canton, Sanski Most - Northwest corner of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Number of Families Training: Project beneficiaries will be trained in improved nutrition for cows and milk hygiene, vegetable production, and working together.

Number of Families Brief synopsis: 32 cows will be purchased and distributed to farmers on a loan-basis who already have between two and four cows. This programme is developed with the goal to further improve the agricultural production in the municipality of Sanski Most, so that the income and prospects of the farmers are increased.

Number of Families Pass-on obligations: A revolving fund will be implemented for the pass-on.

Number of Families Expected benefits: Increased amount of cattle and increased production in milk, fruit and vegetables.
